Faculty and Staff

The essence of CFS is embodied in our faculty, in their attitudes toward the children at the school, and in the way in which they work together toward shared ideals and goals. The faculty is an experienced group of talented professionals, each one dedicated to the school and its mission.

CFS encourages faculty and staff members to continue their professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences, both as participants and presenters. Full-faculty training
and frequent discussions also provide opportunities
for professional growth and development.
Antiracism, technology, reading, Quaker education, inclusive curriculum, violence prevention, cooperative learning, mathematics, and antihomophobia are among the subjects studied by the faculty in workshops at the school.
